Hi Karin, I don’t know that I can help but I will comment on what I think is going on with the specific line you are working with. If you are at generation F30 and still seeing three phenotypes then you have stabilized a strain that is heterozygous for three phenotypes. You can sit up, roll over and beg and AZ will not let you have the trait you are seeking as a homozygous trait from this “specific” strain. This does not mean that you will never be able to find and stabilize a strain of leopard green. However, you will not succeed using the specific strain with which you are now working.
