I've been using 64.2 liter tanks (800x600) with ample plants (I seem to have noticed the fry like Waterrose. The following are the conditions I monitor: 1) Temperature at 26.5C, 2) Chlorine at 0.000, 3) HNO3 near 0.000, 4) NH3 less than 0.500. I perform water changes of 20 liters every four days (approximately 1 hour at 100X) to get the conditions within these values. I have 27 grandchildren fishies now so I must be doing something right. :)
