It's hard to tell with a sample that small. 4 isn't really enough (IMHO) to say anything with certainty. You could have gotten 4 "Aa" offspring. Now if there was another batch of say, 20 fry from the same parents, we could be more conclusive.

We could be dealing with the dreaded incomplete dominant gene or with more than one gene as well. For example, there could be a gene for red, one for blue and one for green, with the combination of those three determining overall color. That brings in a whole new set of problems. I hope that's not the case.
