You can use the "preview" page that shows up when you hit the "Submit Follow Up" button to see whether or not your pic will appear in your post. That page should look the same as your "posted" message.

Case is important, so spell and use case exactly as the file is stored on the server. NT servers seem to be a bit more relaxed, but Unix servers are very case sensitive.
