By chance one of the first cobra strains I isolated and fixed was what I now call canary cobra. Cobra body pattern but clear tail. I used this strain in some of my first inter-color crosses and at the time was very pleased with the phenotype. Now I am back-tracking and re-introducing the cobra tail pattern into these strains.
